8 Steps To A Complete Facial Routine By Biosfera

We know that the correct use of the products, as well as the steps is very important, these are our recommendations for an honestly natural healthy facial routine by Biosfera:

Step 1:

Cleansing cream wash, for daily use in the morning and at night, you can apply dry and then moisten to activate the product, rinse with enough water.

Step 2:

Facial toners (face toners), spray on the face and perform a typing technique with the fingers to facilitate absorption and stimulate the facial muscles, an essential step since it regulates the pH, removes dirt residues that remain from cleaning and prepares the skin for the next product.

Step 3:

Quartz exfoliating, 1-3 times a week, preferably in the afternoon or evening, you can apply dry or dampen a little, find the appropriate or favorite exfoliation pressure, remove with water.

Step 4:

Mask (1-3 times a week), leave for 10 to 15 minutes and remove with plenty of water, preferably apply with the Biosphere brush, the Peloid being a pasty texture may require moistening a little with toner (if necessary), stir with water.

You can do step 3 and 4 on the same day.

Step 5 (optional):

Apply toner as in step 2, only if you have done an exfoliation or mask, if you cannot go to the next step (since obviously in step 2 you will have toned)

Step 6:

Eye contour or expression lines serum (wait for it to be absorbed before moving on to the next step).

Step 7:

Cream or lotion, apply with upward circular movements on the face, you can improve the results using our Germanium Roller.

Step 8:

Sunscreen, once the skin has absorbed the cream or lotion, apply if necessary several times a day.

Do not get overwhelmed, these steps will then be done automatically and as part of your routine.
